Armory link for 69 disc please

I run twinks in the 19 bracket but have a level 66 disc that I'm not doing anything with. So, thought I'd take her to 69 and try the 60's bracket. I was looking through the directory but didn't see any 69 disc. They are all 60's. I would really appreciate it if someone could link an armory for a currently obtainable bis 69. And before the trolls come out of the woodwork I am aware that for some odd reason this bracket chooses to twink at the bottom of the bracket instead of the top which makes no sense to me but to each his own. I have been a twink (llder) since d2 in 2004. That's almost 15 years and in that time across several games one thing that stands true is that the essence of low level dueling (twinking) is to obtain every possible advantage for your chosen level/bracket. That's what separates us from them. Be it large or small the other 9 levels will add an advantage. I'm am in no way saying that those levels are required to kill the levelers but I'd rather have a gun and not need it than need it and not have it. That is my thoughts on the whole 60/69 debate out of the gate. Now that we have hopefully killed that before it could start I would really appreciate an armory link for a 69 disc if someone would be so kind. If no one has then I'll wing it and thanks for taking the time to read my post.
 
The best thing for you to do is look through the dungeon finder and get the pieces that have the most gem slots or the best balance of desirable stats.

The bracket is primarily level 60's so the 69 area is largely unexplored.

Not sure why he hasn't got 5int 5crit gems in all slots.. the 5 crit easily makes up for the 1 intellect you lose unless you're getting over 40% crit

If I was going to level my mage to 69, I would farm the Mana-Etched Regalia for its 4 piece set bonus.

For convenience (easier to get) you will also want to use wowhead to search for gear reward with sockets, some of those come from WotLK zones. Also the Abyssal Rune (I think that is the name) is a trinket that drops from ToC, it is very op on this bracket. The Teron Gorefiend questline in Shadowmoon provides an excellent head slot with 3 sockets which you should go for unless you want a meta socket. Also consider that MH+OH provides more stats than a 3 socket staff because of enchants
 
Thanks very much for all the info guys. Really appreciate it. I thought all old set bonuses are now inactive. At least that's what I keep seeing when I do my MOG runs. Did blizzard allow a few to slip through the cracks?

Class specific sets are disabled, but sets like Mana-Etched Regalia are armor type specifc (one for cloth, one for plate, etc) those do not have their set bonuses disabled. It is a crit rating increase at 2 pieces and a sp/ap proc at 4 pieces.

Won't it feel not as good if you are beating twinks partly because you have 9 levels on them of gear. Like not as satisfying, and you are disc on top of that the strongest class. You could go 79 there is not much difference and you won't have to listen to 60s qq unless that is your thing. Maybe that is the point and it will be fun being disc and 69 and really pissing them all off.
 
Thanks again for the help sadeian. I'll grab mana etched. @Taofight my disc is level 66. Can't go down only up and I wouldn't if I could. To me going in a bg 9 levels under would feel like not bothering to finish my toon and grab every advantage possible. The only way I could justify that to myself would be if level 60's have their own bracket or if blizz decided to segregate xpoff toons again. It just wouldn't feel right to me and I've never cared much about what the masses do if I deem it illogical. For the most part I'm just trying to make use of an old toon and try a new bracket. If I like it and roll more toons for the bracket who knows I might make them all level 60 but I doubt it.

I did maths and if you are lucky enough and get brewfest off-hand from Coren, it has better stats then Magister terrace staffs (thanks to off-hand enchant). I am missing only feet (Slippers of Serenity from Auchenai Crypts).
Trinkets are questionable. I personally dont like on-use trinkets, so I have these. Outland alchemy trinket looks also good, coz it has shitton of intel, but Neltharions Tear and Rejuvenating Gem have good secondary stats so I am going after these. Mithril Stopwatch may be BiS too.
 
the trinkets i would suggest Mindtap and Vial of the Sunwell, with a few heals done you will fill up the vial of the sunwell to its max which is more than your full health, so it can act as a full health heal for yourself whenever you need it, as a disc or holy priest you will need it very often because you will always be the target of a group of enemies, as for mindtap, at lvl69, you get 15 int/15 versa, its quite decent.

what did you fight the mage with ? with your warrior ? a melee should never try to take on a mage alone if they are equally geared as you. starting at lvl59 and finish at lvl69, plate wearer has a Doomplate set that gives you 80 str on proc, and it procs everytime when cd is off
 
Desolation set 4 piece bonus didn’t prof once in multiple hours of gameplay. Not sure if it’s a bug or what. Anyone else have the set?
