Are there any unique passive caster weapons useful at 60?

Hello,

Recently returned to the game. I've realised that when you queue into a dungeon - any gear that you find scales to your level!? Mind Blown.

So, this means that some passives aren't quite tuned accordingly when they're scaled to your level.

I was wondering if there are any good caster weapons available to level 60's.

Also if anyone knows of the BIS/top weapons for a 60 caster it would be great to hear about them!

Feel free to correct me as this is my current understanding of how items work right now...

I see, as a level 60 how would I obtain these items? Would i just queue into the dungeon finder for Stratholme?

Yes, and pray for them to drop. Or just get someone to boost you over and over through them.

Edit: And if you're only asking, no, warlocks cant wear maces.

I know the OP said caster - but he also stated he was gearing a Warlock in another post - so I put 2 and 2 together .....
