Changed to 20+ last year

They were available to anyone who was level 16+ the very first year that event opened up to lowbies. The following year it got switched to 20+ (along with all other events). So the Love is in the Air necklaces are the only event epics that were ever available to 19s. The ones from the first year are marked by a "Timewarped" attribute.

Interesting... I thought it was 16+. I'm curious if he did something fishy to get it on a 14, or if I am simply remembering the level requirement incorrectly.
