i don't have a monk, so when i see things happening in the BG, i looked up talents on wowhead which shows dizzying haze as a level 1 base talent for all specs of monk and dual listed for BM spec at 1 and 10? if it's only BM, then...i have seen BM in BGs
as for provoke, i was in a BG (of course) i was yanked backwards into a group of three players which one of them was a monk. after some WTF raging, saying "you got to be kidding me....death grip at fucking 19!", i was not feared, and looking thru combat log i went to look up WTF spell/ability it is. provoke was the only thing i saw. i was in travel form when this occured
