Not a QQ thread. But I was thinking..
Speed/Mobility= Check
High DPS= Check
Tons of Immobilizing effects= Check
Aoe Damage= Woah, that's new.
Now They are very killable, so I don't have too much of a problem fighting them (no kiting issues). They just got dat consistency and overwhelming Barrage of attacks, and slows.
Forgive me I don't really know much of their specs yet.

I've already seen one with full bis pre-boa build (with lfh) minus agm.
Except hunters could stand still and not have to gap close to unload their payload. I'd say the skill cap for monks is higher, but compared to a hunter, what isn't higher.
Warrior + healer = dead ret. Rets got to be the most boring spec in the game atm anyway.

You cannot two shot a resto shaman with nature's Guardian and BM trink. That is, unless those two shots are for 4500 each.

You're not wrong, Saint, Ferals seemed to have taken Hunter's number one FotM spot—for the time being—but they've got a long, long way to go before we start comparing them to the class that ruled this bracket with an iron fist for almost two entire patches. Even when they were "underpowered", they were still way good, and if you blinked you might have missed that.
I think that this is going to be one of those aberrations, when we'll all be like: "Remember that pre-patch when Ferals were way OP?". The (maybe not-so) secret is, Ferals have been pretty good for awhile. Their backloaded damage is always a little OP and their mobility has always been an issue, I think that half of it is self-fulfilling prophecy, Ferals are strong, people post that they are so, more people roll ferals, and then Ferals dominate. This could have happened last patch, but they are too complicated to play for many of the trials.
The main difference between cata/MoP and now, is that the f2p forums aren't filled with Hunter apologists denying that Ferals are even at all good. We've actually got people who play Ferals coming on here to say how OP they are, and not complaining how every healer is better in every way. If this sticks to WoD proper, maybe that will start., but I doubt Ferals will make it that far— the Hunter's destiny is to be eternally OP.

I know, feral druid used to be the "coolest" class/spec for me in MoP. Used to play it alot, really enjoyed it, because i was helping team alot... also if i recall there were threads in MoP about the OPnes of feral. A good strategy could be your opponents death in that time...

Haven't played F2P hunter in a BG this patch (just mucked around in PvE) but they still seem strong. (Boring, but strong.) Not as much burst, but ranged mobility is still there. But I think Blizzard had made some odd decisions, like casting Aimed Shot while moving. Any of you folks ever been hunting in real life?
