Are marks of honor more rare now?

In BFA I remember getting them every other win. Now I've gotten maybe 2 from like 30+ wins since prepatch hit. WTF is up with this?

I used to hate getting them over gear drops but now I actually need them for gems, and the gear drops are trash

I've noticed multiple (I'm assuming 50's) Looting them from Players in my AV no-lifing. I've never once gotten one from AV at 10 though, and I'm somewhere north of 50 Games between 3 Level 10's in the past 10 days.

don't foget to do the https://www.wowhead.com/quest=57300/soldier-of-time every week until the event is over. as @DeLindsay has pointed out before: it's weekly; an easy way ot get 600 TW badges & 15 MoHs before SL release.
