Are communities still available for f2p?

Im playing horde US and was wondering if it was possible to join a community as f2p. I also can't find the community chat in the battlenet launcher, which I think used to host it?

And if not, I think we should bring back F2P chat

yes apparently, but i dont think u get officer chat. I could be wrong
