No. Twinking is dead again. A lot out there want you to believe its alive and healthy. But there is hardly anyone there. Most that are on on the program, cookie cutter and put on the knee pads.

If you want to twink. Id suggest finding a game that doesnt have 50 somethines acting like 13 year olds and repeated git gud to every minor inconvenience.

20's in SL was the best and even then it wasn't perfect.
DF however shows promise still and it would be good if subbed was not in the same bracket as f2p

30s on retail are very active there is a discord for community events, but the PvP is limited to wpvp (duels, Nagrand, Gurubashi, etc.) or Arenas (which are WAY more active now than just a couple weeks ago). But not enough PvPers at 30 for BGs, so if that's ur thing then probably not the best option.
