No, all the staff are not 19s. However, most of the staff are from 19s.

Define a 19? Actively playing in that bracket? No, there are a handful of staff members who arnt active in 19s and some who never have been, like Broken, Valencia, jagarock/xxmdma, Burg, and perhaps hashbrowns.
