Are 10's the best bracket to solo island expeditions?

I'm looking to farm some mounts, would this be the best bracket to do that in?

I think most people do a MW monk (lv 10) or guardian druid (lv 11) for the fastest mobility and aoe damage/ survivability

Why lvl 11 guardian druid? from what I see, the only benefit from going up one level is getting Maul.

Iirc before the recent tree overhauls, youd get improved swipe at level 11 increasing swipes damage by 100% or something similar. Its been a whiiile since i touched my 11 guardian druid so i could be way off in memory.

As far as I know, alliance still doesn't get the vendor, so roll Horde
