The PvP Brawl Arathi Blizzard is supposed to reduce visibility with thicc fog around the entire map, this can currently be removed with http://www.wowhead.com/item=119003/void-totem

Same. I'd like to know if there is a level restriction or if it's just unsub'd players that can't join.
Been looking online and can't find any comments on it. Anyone been able to queue for it? Any 29's? What about pure F2P?

What a shame. Blizzard started getting holiday events right w/ removing level resctrictions but i guess they haven't learned.

Could 10-19s use http://www.wowhead.com/item=124640/inky-black-potion before BGs and have the same effect? Seeing how they can use elixers before bgs and keep the effects (not sure if they still do)
