I have the Aquamarine Signet Of Power on my 39 Rouge and id say its now BIS for all attack power users, In game its +21 Attack power.

Yeah there pretty close, just a little bit in difference. I've been trying to get a spell power version but I've only seen one and it sold quick. I'm still deciding what to do with my 6stam 6 haste 15attk power ring, might put it on my druid
