Before posting, it should be communicated, if and when it should be posted on TI. It's just courtesy to ensure future games between the 2 guilds. Lastly any conflicts should be taken to PM. If both Gms not comfortable with the thread, it should be locked ASAP, before anything bad escalates.

Lastly maybe turtle hadn't decided on a roster or comp yet. Also I didn't see a set of rules either on comps, consumables, gliders and so on.

Cant use consumables in wargames which include gliders. I agree with everything else you said. Because neon made this thread and he is not the voice of either team (saper or turtle) I dont think this thread is official. Thus why there was nothing about rules on comps and the date for when this is supposed to happen.
