AoE threat aggro?

is there an item that attracts enemies with an AoE spell of some sort?
something similar to Battle Horn but without the CD
any sort of classes with such spells?

this is all mainly to attract and pull mobs when farming lower lvl dungs, the mobs cant keep up with my speed so even when i go through them, they are not aggroed

hit one mob and the rest follows. Atleast they do on my hunter when I tried farming SFK

Closest thing I can think of is the keg throw brew monks have, it's a spammable aoe ranged taunt / slow. Nothing else until much higher level.

You have to modify your gear. I know as a shaman, I just run through them without my lightning shield. In instances, mobs will aggro off each other. Modify your path so that they will follow you through each other. That why when someone does not dismiss their pet when jumping in Gnomer, they can pull the whole damn floor in on you.

Brew has keg throw, summon black ox statue, warrior has mocking banner, piercing howl, death knight has gorefiends grasp but it's not quite the same, 2 taunts as well
