i have been using Jade Pendant of Blasting on my 39s .. is there anything better than this for a 49 ?

keep it for the on-use buff and swap with heirloom

i think a lvl45/ilvl53 Horizon Choker 13 int/ 12 stam/ 4 versa might be better than a 40s Lady Maye's Pendant
but these are still having less stats than Jade Pendant of Blasting .. if that being the case i will have to start making tons of jade pendant

it doesnt scale .. it is still lvl31/ilvl36 9 int/ 8 stam with a +14 spell power use of 30 mins .. the use is gone when dead .. 10 charges on the pendant, once the 10 charges finished, its just a 9int/8stam necklace .. if you are putting the top end enchant on it, it is something you might want to reconsider .. depending on how often you will die in a bg as well .. if gold is not an issue .. then this is so far the best i can find .. unless someone knows of anything higher in stats

for a moment i thought you mean, cast the use +14 spell power, and then swap this pendant with an heirloom int necklace .. i thought that was a good idea, cos the int/stam on this blasting necklace is very low .. but it didnt work lololol .. the moment i took off this pendant, the +14 buff is gone .. so nah, you can get the +14 spell power buff and have all the stats of the heirloom. once this pendant is remove from your character, the buff is gone as well

really ? green dragon set scale ? i was about to craft that .. i didnt know, maybe they are crafted at different levels, not that it scale to the user who is equipping them, i need to go check that out when my toon reaches 49
