Hi, havent seen any threads or posts about this but I just noticed that my 49 rogue has pandaria alchemy and wotlk engineering without even training it? Same with my 2 60 twinks they both have cata engineering?
Could maybe be a bug from the profession revamp cus i had each profession maxed on my characters

Yeah, it's because you had high enough engineering for it to be put into those categories. Classic engineering is 300, would you have anything above that, you'd get those points put into outland engineering, and having more points resulting in having both maxed would put you into the next tier etc. etc.

Logically assuming, this implementation was to prevent excess skill points in a profession end up being wasted.
