Ok. Maybe I'm not making myself clear.

I bought, aswell as the other reputaion cloaks. They are all BoP and require level 35 to equip

I tried buying the gear from DMF, (BoP) and didn't work as I require level 58 to buy them

Tried this morning to buy items from https://www.wowhead.com/npc=144065/samuel-hawke
Clearly all BoP, yet I can't buy them because I do not require the level enough to buy them.

BUT ! I did buy the reputation cloaks while NOT being level 35!!!

Lol sorry for the freakout, I just want to get 200 Cloaks transmog achievement

1. What dmf items? Atleast the tier lookalikes and the dungeon set lookalikes are BoE not bop.
2. No idea what items you can buy or not but if you can buy them and they're bop you get the mog.
