No, but intellect = crit. I cbf doing the math for @19 right now, but Mindthrust bracers, giving the most intellect, give the most crit. Same goes for 7 int enchant as opposed to 15sp

Correct. Although, talking about bracer chant, 8sp for very minor crit (under 0,4% iirc) isn't that good of a tradeoff, and I would only use +7int for firemages who benefit from crit a lot more than other casters.

Depending on the gear set you are going for, hovel digger bands could be very viable too. Yes, you get less int and therefore less crit from them than from MT, but if you're going for max crit set this is a good place to pick up some hitrating without sacrificing barely any crit.

And where exactly did he say he was a priest? Of course he can be and there's a good chance he is, but just threw hovels out there in case he was a mage/lock. Cus 27% crit with hitcap is better than 30%crit with 0 hit

And as said before, Mindthrust Bracers enchanted with +7 intellect.
This would give you 0,22% + 0,40% = 0,62% crit

6 int = 1 crit (0.34%)

so 4 int bracers with 7 int enchanted to them would be near 2 crit or around 0.6% crit
