Any Point making a twink?

Hi there, im gona ask you lot for some advice. About twinking at level 19 I've got a level 12 gnome waiting to be pimped to the max although im not too sure if its worth the TIME or MONEY.

I've seen a decreasing number of twinks on my realm 'Thunderhorn'... And im unsure if i should make one or not. Because i dont want to suddenly have all my gear then waiting for a battleground which takes all day to wait for.

twinking is only really viable on Ruin (US) or Blackout (EU) battlegroups, on anyother battlegroups than those its not worth it unless you are prepared to xfer once you're done.



And yeah, we still need some1 to make a rogue guide ^^

If you are a human get either another AGM or a BoA Trinket and switch out that 4hit ring for another ring since u have BoAs.
 
To answer your question if making a twink is worth the time and money.





If your on a good twink battlegroup, then Yes it is.



Twinks are just like a level 80 trying to get the best pvp gear, but it's 1, faster, very easy, and cheaper than a level 80. Imo though.
 
There are a lot of things wrong with that gear set up noobie.



First of all you have 21 hit with that, which is over kill since you only need 11 hit to soft cap unless against a night elf. So I would keep the boa's and deviate scale belt and replace the ring and cloak, or get the boa bow and replace the belt to. Or if you don't have access to boa's just use the cloak ring and belt.



Secondly you can't put a scope on a throwing weapon...



Lastly for a rogue you shouldn't replace leggings of the fang, because the stats are better and you'd lose the expertise.



Also minor speed on boots no argument there.



And save a 9 str enchant for 10 ap bracers for a max ap set, just put 9 stam on a 3 agi 3 stam bracers imo



As for weapon enchants it's very situational, but for straight up damage two fierys is great.
 
whats funny is that the whole ruin and blackout transfering to get more queues actually killed many BGs. emberstorm being one of them, for about 2-3 months after 3.2 came out i was still able to play in BGs and now we can't anymore because most of our population actually left for ruin.
 
rogue guide? look at my armory. nuff said, i think i logged out in expertise/AP proc set, if not i'll switch next time i get on. and noobie.... tht was very very very very very wrong lol

you have hit ring, hit chest, hit belt, and hit cape rofl the soft cap is 11, jesus christ (And hit from the shoulders)



monkey bracers > forest leather



double 15 agi's are bad for anything but RvR



leggings of the fang > smelting pants



Rogues ALWAYS need minor speed increase

Your armory isn't going to give people a 'guide' on all the weapons and gear they need





just the shit you logged off in.



doesn't account for the numerous situational weapons and gear changes you need



i.e Resistance sets, lifestealing weps, firey weps, RvR gear, race choices, what gear to sac for what etc.



But on a different note someone with a brain should make a rogue guide on these boards

and takes less skill.
 
My new lol WSG build. Deffinately not arena safe.



But it drops hella damage. I actually have more hp and ap, but for some reason the belts glitched in the armory.

When I run dual fiery I run the spidersilk cloak and deviate scale belt for more procs.
