I was saying earlier in a group that all of the 10s that we 19s constantly berated for joining our bgs are probably just happier than pigs in shit right now.
I agree though, priests are awfully unbalanced right now and it makes games bullshit. Even some of the more skilled locks make things a zzzzz fest.

What it comes down to was time, as in it was only a matter of time before 10's overpowered 19's again. Yes, from Cata > WoD 10's were inferior to 19's and thus 19's insta kicked any 10 that dared que up for 'their' BG. Well, we're now (almost) back to the time Vanilla > WotLK where 10's Stat scaling brings us ahead of 19's (for the most part) once again. Are we happier than pigs in shit? Hell I'm just happy to be allowed to PvP again on my 10's.

INSIDE Instanced PvP 10's were absolutely inferior to 19's from Cata > WoD, while they WERE OP prior to that and are so far seeming to be returning to that for Legion. OUTSIDE Instanced PvP is a completely different story and yes, 10's have always been OP in that regard, but there were Expansions where we were more so than others.

For now... We all expected that Locks' Drain Life would be Nerfed (and it probably will) and now we can likely expect that PWS (for starters) will also probably get nerfed. Everyone needs to keep in mind that 7.0 is barely a few days old, and technically this is Live-Beta Testing until August 30th so many things are bound to change.
What I can see happening if they don't tweak Low Level PvP is teams of 2's running around BG's with a Priest+DPS. It could get into some seriously interesting fights.

In cata there was no scaling and from what I remember pre separation 10 healers were fucking broken unkillable live lords with resilience stacking. (insert old bis report video showing this) In mop it was 10-14 and 15-19 the scaling added ilvl to your gear based on your level difference in relation to the bracket, certain classes at 15/16 benifited greatly from this.
Wod is legit the only expac where 10s had nothing to make them worth a shit and it seems your brain has yet to recover from that. I'm sorry if you have ptsd from all the afking

I've been abusing the disc priest hard but I honestly hope they fix low level scaling, its broken and makes games farm fests if you queue with others who do the same thing.

Rolling premade groups of discs just makes you look like an awful player. It's actually hilarious. One single 10 disc priest is enough to carry a game. If you feel that you are that bad at completing the objectives of warsong gulch that you need to have a premade of level 10 twink disc priests, then I will feel so sorry for you when damage is tuned, and you actually have to attempt to appear to be competent on a spec that is in line with everything else.

yeah haha i'm a terrible player but at least i was having fun with the homies in voice coms, I wouldn't feel to bad tho, as I've said I hope they fix it.

Edit2: Also its a great way to draw the difference between XP off players and xp on while advertising the website every game, it makes people say "damn i want to be that good" and as a result some will be more inclined to turn their experience off.

hardly we were able to wipe there premade, ended up losing but it was actually kinda fun to compete it gave the game a whole new challenge.

right, but if our goal is to show that twinking is a thing, wouldn't it be better if there was some actual variety among strong classes. abusing a level 10 does 2 things. it either makes people hate the bracket after joining a couple games and seeing the SAME thing, or it makes someone see how overpowered 10 priests are and they make a level 10 because they want to abuse the system as well. i wouldn't even say this is akin to vanilla wow. all twinks would roll non twinks, but among the geared 19s, at least there was the opportunity for competition. now, it's zero.
