Any gear suggestions for a level 19 balance druid twink?

Below you can see my balance druid's armory i'm still working on my gear
if you have any suggestions on what pieces i should get i would appreciate it

• Switch to the haste heirloom shoulders and enchant them with something (2int/1crit or 2int/1verse)
• Go get the fang set from WC. Gloves are BoE, so you can buy those (but get them at req level 19). The set bonus is amazing. Glorious stats to chest. Glove reinforcements on gloves (BEFORE YOU EQUIP THEM) or int (you can get a second pair to have both). Minor Speed or a 2stam/speed enchant (depends on cloak enchant - see the movespeed section of the guide).
• Grab http://www.wowhead.com/item=5193/cape-of-the-brotherhood and put either gift of verse or +2 int (depending on boot enchant)
• Wrangler's wristbands or BG crate wrists. Forest leather bracers for glass cannon. Get stats on them.
• Grab the WSG caster ring. For the other ring, you ideally want a BG crate or dungeon satchel of the aurora. +verse or +haste on those
  
• Trinkets you can swap up. +int is great. Returning/defending champion are good. Insignia can be good if you want a shorter CD on CC removal.
• Weapon/offhand you ideally want BG crate of aurora. But anything with verse is good to start. Int on offhand.

Engineering goggles as well, Green lens or xtreme's which ever your preferences is. Not sure if you're aware but we can level it to 300 now.

My offhand needs a blue bg crate upgrade and my wrists and cloak need to be changed out but overall it’s pretty well geared and should hopefully help as a reference.
