What would you say the meta is for 111 wpvp twinks? Seems like a fun idea!
Hey! To be fair, I can't speak to the "meta" since I only have 1 111 twink, the resto druid (unlike 79 where I had most classes, good times
).
IMO though, to do well against geared and challenging opponents you need staying power these days. A geared 120 now has around 350k HP and you are not bursting that down quickly while taking no damage yourself.
My personal opinion is that resto druid specced for dps like I am is the best all-rounder. You have very good sustained damage (and super burst with gimmicks in Legion zones), you have unparalleled kiting and escape ability, and 90% of your heals are insta cast so you're essentially immune to interrupts. Nobody can escape you either since you're faster than everyone (well, except speed twinks I guess).
I don't think other healer specs can do all that as efficiently, and what little damage output you lose from not being an actual dps class is more than compensated by you staying alive forever. Getting ganked by 3-4 120s is not a death sentence - you can pop tree, hot up, ursol vortex and leap+parachute or glide away, then insta flight form. No other class can do that. If you happen to be a night elf (since I know you play Alliance) then shadowmeld+flight form is yet another escape tool.
If you check my posts, I made a thread a week or 2 ago on this forum with some footage, so you see how it works in action. It might not be your cup of tea after all.
