Dude. Feral druids all the way. Since 90% of F2P/24 hunters are trash, they can't kite us, and we deal massive damage, but atleast we're a fair class

feral druids and arcane mages are the two closest hunter counters you can get in this bracket. ferals can stay on a hunter and do enough damage to kill them, and arcane mages can weave in and out of a hunter's range in between barrage cooldown, as well as counterspelling someone who is healing the hunter, allowing you to actually kill him

but it's very difficult to do with either of these classes. hunters are just too strong

Problem with that tactic is, as Mage, they have exactly the same range and happen to explosive shot a lot harder than our Barrage

just wait until they target someone else to barrage again, rinse, repeat. i never had much of a problem with hunters. you just have to literally make no mistakes

also, i forgot about disc priests. they're also pretty effective against hunters in this bracket. probably even more so than mages

but if he doesnt target someone else 2 explosive shots and you're dead, silly tactic is silly

you just have to literally never let them hit you more than once. hunters are that overpowered
