So, A couple of these level 10 twink posts have been going around, some people looking to make them, some people asking why - This one is a little taste of what you can except.
Although, it is likely that level 10 twinks will be highly inferior once 3.1 hits. The main thing about twinking at level 10, is haste. 1 Haste = 2.6% increased attack speed. With 10 to helm (libram) 10 to gloves (enchant) and 20 to a 2-handed axe, mace, sword or polearm, you get 40 haste (104% increased attack speed)
A couple of weeks ago, I decided to level a hunter alt - and being interested in level 10 twinking - I did some PvP at level 10. Now, I didn't go balls out (no fishing hat, no fishing boots, no bracer/chest enchants. At first, I made Choowhip (family guy reference) But I only did a couple of games because I deleted him, and made CooHwhip (seems to fit the family guy episode better)

This is a gallery of 8 screen shots, of the score board after WSG finished. This is not so much a "LOL I PWN JOO, OTHR TWINKS R TERRIBAD A LEVEL 10 BEETED U" thread, it's more of an example to show that a level 10 is viable in this bracket.
On Choowhip, I was using a pair of pants with 50 AP 12 crit (or w/e the BC one was) and on Coohwhip I was using a bugged pair with 75 AP and 22 crit. I took Coohwhip a bit more seriously, and I got the ring from ghostlands, as well as the friendly reputation boots (which I put minor run speed on) I was using a Purple Turban as well as the BoA bow, and the BoA shoulders (yes, with 30 stam 15 resil).
All of the games that I screen shotted were pugs vs pugs, when I was facing premades I got completely ownd - not a chance at all. Too much coordination. Faced a premade, forgot which server, by <Rebels> or something like that, they just steam rolled me
Most notable fun I has while PvP'ing for the 3 days or what ever it was, was killing rogues/retpally's/warriors(the ones I can kite duhh) I was using a crab pet, with a macro set for Pin. When a rogue sprinted I would pin him to the ground, when pin ended I would concussive shot him, which basically nullifies the effects of sprint. Then it would just a case of simple kiting tricks. Also - the video of wsg 'trickies' helped me a bunch, kiting rogues around trees and over saws is amazing, because a lot of people can't master the simple jumpes - when I made the jump once, and it took the rogue 4 times, well thats a hell of a lot more shots for me ^^
Last thing to note, my stats. Was rocking ~600 health, 50% crit and 1.25 second attack speed with my bow.
*Edit* Also, I would not suggest twinking at level 10 if you dislike dying as you can see, almost every game I was #1 most deaths lol. And 19 hunters, warlock, mages, priests > me, unless they are terrible
