In WoD we got 4 Battlegrounds and the rnd que.
Would u guys que for the Valley or just rnd, to got a EotS pop 2?

In the beginning i think i will just que for the Valley, since the ppl got a mount on lvl 20 i wanna have this feature.
I hope the inv. times stay's not longer than 15 min.

U belive the Valley will always pop?
 
im prob only gonna quele AV and EoTS at begining with bracket so big there will be pops for all bgs, and i think most ppl will want to try av and eots at begining.
 
Random, just hoping that horde stays near instantaneous. Or at least under a minute or two. That is the only reason I play them.
I suspect random may give the satchel, if lowbies are eligible for them.

There are TONs of strats. Simply put, capture towers/bunkers, kill the other faction bosses while not letting the other team do the same. ( I used to be in a guild named "Will Wipe You on Galv"). I suspect it will be just a killfest in the field of strife for the first few weeks.
Mind you, we will have to have 80 or so people queued for AV, 40 from each side. Alliance may be in for a long wait. Be prepared for some long long games if they ever pop. I suspect there will be much AFKing because of this.
Some strats... I am sure we will develop our own for our level. After all, we are quite unique. In fact, my strat may be to turtle and get the opposition to just AFK out for the win!

I'll queue for everything except AV with my horde twinks and AV-only with my alliance twinks since that place is rigged for braindead alliance zergs.
 
I think Old and I will probably be queueing a lot of skirmishes and AV at the start of the expansion.

Got to grind that F2P R1 title ;)

I hope you've got a lot of patience because AV is hopelessly broken, at least at 90. It's just a race to get to the NPCs, which Alliance invariably wins. Even if your team wins the game, you still lose because AV just stole a part of your life that you will never get back.

Much of the imbalance is caused by the fact that this battleground wasn't designed for play at 90, It needs a redesign, badly, to work in today's metagame. Blz get on this quick. kk thx.

TL;DR: AV worst BG ever.

I would like to take this opportunity to retract yesterday's statement regarding your intelligence, I was mistaken.

Friends don't let friends queue AV.

It doesn't matter how broken it is. If I wanted a balanced game, I'd probably pay for it myself.

I do this for the challenge.

That being said, AV does desperately need a rework. That won't stop me (or many people, I believe) from queueing it up in an achievement race for F2P first "the Conqueror" title.

I didn't get to read it, it was edited before I logged in. But since you didn't get that my post was meant as sarcastic I'm sure I didn't miss much.

Gotcha. And I'm not sure how it will work at 20. I'm just imagining those AV games that never really end. People just keep popping in and out, leaving when they realize the game is going nowhere. These games can literally go nowhere for what seems like hours.

I understand the draw of the near-unattainable, but AV title grind really would be the work of Sisyphus. That is, I could see a whole evening of AV getting you one or two completed games. Not worth it in my opinion, but I've never been the achievement type player anyway. Achievements in WoW feel much like a console peasant type thing, and as part of the PC Masterrace, I am uncomfortable with them. But different strokes for different folks, so good luck!
