actually BiS, non horde and non GF would be seedcloud buckler which drops in WC.

I personally argue that Armored int > anything else.. even WT's "bis" crit healing..... roll with all eagle mail if possible and I personally like Forest for the armor, for my non-armor healing Seedcloud is bis. Don't waste int and armor for crit... ever..
