You can jump up there.. but there is an invisible wall half way through.. the EFC their has been feared and glitched into a little socket of the wall that cant be reached unless feared on top of the wall..

You cant get LoS on that FC.. its not an exploit, its a glitch. Some proper retarded priest has probably gone up there and derp feared the FC... its happened to me before.

Hiz does that all the time, just keep report him and write tickets, atleast thats what im doing. whether its a easy exploit / jump to do or not , im pretty sure your not ment to be going there, just like the stable / lumbermill roof mount glitching.
