Alliance base cliff, exploiting or intelligent use of game design

So I am running in a WSG and on the way back to capture the flag a horde priest grabs the flag and manages to get up on the cliff between outside back north of the ramp and beserker hut and the inside path that leads up to the roof. He was able to LoS me on one side(inside the base) and none of my teammates were able to attack him from the other(though that might have been because they didnt know where he was).

Now I was wondering if anyone knew how this was accomplished, such as:

1. does it require levitate/slowfall?/parachute?

2. Can be completely LoSed while up there so they dont have the chance to kill u

3. Is this techincally exploiting.

I run into this guy a lot in the 69 bracket and he does this pretty successfully to stall the game. Ive killed him once but he might not have been able to LoS before i got my DoTs on him and that with a drain life was enough to kill him.

Frankly if your in a position where you cant be seen and cant be gotten to with or without the aid of a class-specific ability its exploiting.

With this reasoning most jumps would be considered exploits, considering that they're only doable by certain races.

ofc they are. they are all exploits..

i shouldnt have to. they make efforts to STOP wall jumps

If they do make efforts to stop wall jumps then why can I still jump the fence over the horde tunnel? =|

More like exploiting and intelligent use of game design.
