I don't see what does win / loss ratio has to do with this. You clearly on this bracket, cannot with BGs when you are the only one that's trying. Despite how well you play it. For me, its kind of irrelevant to put that there in order to identify a person's skill. About Fly Hacking, if you see one practise it on BGs, better throw a report with a screenshot, and if the guy does not get banned, well. Open a ticket, send the screenshot and they will get to investigate the matter. With high possibility concluding that user's ban.
