stats on gear do not matter anymore and stats are determined by high item level through the stat templates

If you're thinking about World PvP, then most of the high agility gear is grandfathered these days. The best fillers you can get is the blue gear from winning random battlegrounds.

I would keep your rogue the way it is just for nostalgic reasons. You could replace your cruel barb with a shadowfang with lifestealing and you're good to go.

while showing off the chest is a priority i would like a list of still gettable gear that has the highest agil so i can 1 shot nubs in world pvp. Also would full blackened defias gear or tunic of westfall + other gear be better for agil (i have blackened defias too).

Logged out in defias max agil gear for you. If you don't have the necessary off-pieces that I do, just go with loom head and the ilvl 27 blue gear from winning a random BG.

Yeah, everyone basically dies before cheapshot wears off.

I would go with Mark of the Distant Army btw over Mark of the Hidden Satyre. It procs more often and scales off agility.
