I can thoroughly say finding a pair of Magefist Gloves outside of SFK (As it is one of the few rares that drop outside that casino) is almost impossible. I farmed Ashenvale for at least a solid 3 days I got one blue from guys attacking the border but it was stinking sword, have any of you had good drops out of Ashenvale or other areas outside SFK?

in general elite mobs have a higher chance of dropping world drop BoEs, plus the ability to farm SFK with big pulls will make it the best place to farm magefists

If you are grinding SFK with big pulls I imagine that you are gonna need 2 people in total right? A 19 and max level?=

Yes. You just run the risk of having an item drop for your max level (lvl 60 items). Other option is to queue with 6 level 19 twinks. Been having some fun myself doing this.

highest drop chance to get those is around 0.04% so 3 days is really small amout of time
