Title says it all, I'm looking to optimize my experience with my lock.. but I'm curious on which stats I should stocker and enchant.. and if my gear is the best that I can obtain at the moment.. I'm not that crafty with sims yet..

I personally like the other Legion BOE cloak, also desecrated boots ( HFC trash drop ) mythic with socket is BIS unless you get legendary boots, then replace celumbra with cynos or whatever the legion cloth boe shoulder and are called.

Also check out bracers off council. Haste/ mastery if that's more ur gig which it seems like it is
