What gear quests do i need to do for the BoP lock gear? I have already done the neck quest. Also, will the best chest be the new BoA?

Look up dotjungjm on dalaran. If you are going to use life tap glyph boa is prooobably going to be the best. Otherwise robe of magi or a shadow dmg chest imo.

Yeah the only quests you need to do are the neck quest along with your pet quests. I'm not even sure what the stats are on the boa chest, I use magi.
