They're presumably talking about the F2P-Addon (latest version here)... which, despite being awesome, doesn't have anywhere near the crowd that it used to.

Which ones are BiS? Are the ones from Direbrew worth farming?

They are indeed what is up. Yes trinkets work. All of the brewfest ones dont work. Not sure which. Go either for main stat or the DMF/Gurubashi heirloom. Rune of Perfection or w/e its called also has its uses on some classes.

All of the brewfest ones dont work.

The on use brewfest trinkets (2 brew maiden trinkets and the vers trinket) all work as well as the coaster, which certainly procs.

The egg and the watch do not proc.
