Advice for new twink player! LVL 29 Outlaw rogue

i'm new to this twink pvping and all. Just got a 29 rogue and i would love to get some advice on gear.
my budget is up to 500.000 gold. since most of the characters iv seen here on the forum cost way more then my budget.

Ingi and alchemy are good options. Ingi gives you a cloak and goggles which are good items. Boa items with vers and crit (agi>vers=?crit) are also good. Weapons you can find your own favorites, but darkwater talwars are easy to get and really good. Waist and boots from arathor. Trinkets you can get one in scarlet monastery and returning champion is bis in my opinion. Bracers you can get the insignia ones of the AH just like dusky leather leggings. Gloves you also get of the AH or if you are ally, there are some of a quest that must be done at 29 (dont have it in mind right know how the quest is called).
That should be the biggest part oft gearing.
