Advantages of Engineering at 29?

I was finishing up my 29 paladin today and my original plans included 300 herbalism and 225 engineering. Worth it over getting 12 crit rating from 300 skinning?

plus the parachute cloak is nice



engineering is only good if you are willing to make grenades, though. having a miner helps a ton for grenade mats.

I agree, don't go engineering if you aren't going to make and use grenades.

gnomish deathray = OP on pally in 39 bracket, but you're not in that bracket unfortunately >.> Other than that, and perhaps the spellpower goggles xtreme for a healing set, I'd have to agree with the others on the grenade thing.
