They have been found on only one realm in awhile.
They are on Turalyon-Horde(US) for only 78 gold! These are BiS gloves for level 10 twinks. (Priest, mages, locks, ect)
Unless you have the GF Brewer's gloves. So if you're a hardcore level 10 twink and need these gloves, Better get them quick =P

But are they reall 1,7% drop rate as stated on wowhead? That seems way to high since I never see them on AH

I'm not sure. It could be 1.7% but you gotta take in the perspective of all the other green's that razorflank drops. They all have a higher chance than the gloves.
It's just based off RNG after all

drop rate is 0.001 on a rare mob that only spawns every few hours. GL <3
