Addon to alert CDs

Is there an addon that will alert me when my PvP trinket is 30 secs off cd? Basically, I'll switch to double AGM until my PvP Trinket is off cd, but I want to equip it 30 seconds before it goes off cd so I don't have to wait. Is there an addon that will alert me on this?
Similarly, what's the name of the addon that shows a bar of all the cds running down it?

"TellMeWhen" you should have a look at, many settings on that addon. Don't use it anymore myself and didn't explore it fully either but could be worth to check out.

Sexycooldown, alows you to have a bar on the screen with all your CD's. Though it won't tell you excatcly when there is 30sec left, it will make it alot easier to track.

tellmewhen is probably the best you can find, it's like a small box on your screen where your trinket would be shown with a timer on how long cd is left

Trinket menu allows you to set certain profiles to swap out trinkets as well as either alert you when trinkets are either at 30 seconds and or off CD.
