A tough decision...

Hello, fellow twinks. I'm Skywallx, but I'm mostly known from InceptionEmu/NightWoW Reborn (19 Private Servers) as Gód and Jesus.

Recently, 19 servers have gone downhill, so I see myself in making a F2P twink now considering I do not want to pay for a game that doesn't
entirely appeal to me anymore. The only thing that keeps me playing WoW is the twinking, and this is where I need help in my decision.

I have a group of friends (at least 5 people) that are rolling level 24's on Spirestone Horde. I'm using a F2P account though, which leaves me at 20 with a heavy disadvantage considering the enchants and extra gear they get. Would it be worth rolling my 20 F2P with them for BGs or should I roll over at AP where most of the F2P community hangs out to do War Games and such?

well if you are gonna get carried by 5 24s every game id stick to that server for easy wins

personally i went 24 just so i can be a epic midfield hero/got tired of gettin beat by bad 24s

but its sttill gonna take me about 5 more days till kids are gonna feel some serious pain

Thanks for this post. My main concern is the lack of War Games and a community considering that it's just us 5 and it's only Battlegrounds.

Is it still worth rolling over at Spirestone? I also heard that the AP community has become more... 'troll-infested' recently, so I may consider this as well.
 
You'll get the best f2p experience on AP of course and many of the things your p2p friends do, AP has the methods to do as well. AP had many p2ps helping them with grouping, dungeons, achievements(diplomat, etc) and much more. AP also does premades daily so you can always have fun with that as well.

Probably would be a wise decision, but I want to go where it benefits me the most. Being the only 20 with a bunch of 24's isn't very much fun in terms of challenge (even if Horde). Also, I wouldn't be able to do War Games with anyone else but them.

I figured it'd be more fun with the large community on AP while hopefully being able to queue into BGs with them (queue at same time?).

We do have a very large community on AP horde. As you mentioned earlier about the "trolls" (._____.) I only seemed to notice it for a day or so. Things have calmed down and we seem to be back to normal, there are lots of new players rolling over here, so we wont be dying out anytime soon. Come on over, we do arena's quite often, premade "pugmade" all day, and dungeons are run quite frequently. The P2p's are amazing so we can group whenever we like.

I remember you from Nightwow Reborn! I was Coltlol/Drmayoyo there. Definitely come join our f2p community because on another server you won't be able to find many, if any, arenas.
 
Hey, welcome to the bracket ^_^

Just a thought, but... why not do both? The nicest thing about 20 f2p twinks is that since there aren't many gear options they don't take very long to make at all, and especially if you're running with premades you don't need to be 100% optimized. I have a twink on an off server for when I want some privacy and my agm, and a AP twink for when I want to run in a group. You could easily maintain a few twinks and play whichever depending on your mood :)
