A question of resistance

Next question, 0 resistance means 0 chance for any resist right? There's nothing like the passive miss chance that everyone has for spell resist correct? I only ask this because it seems like that would make +5 resist to cloak a very desireable enchant given that every other cloak enchant is pretty lackluster (except maybe +stealth for rogues).

Does + Stealth work for Shadowmeld?



And I don't believe there is a passive resist. Used to be that a "Missed" Spell came up as "Resisted", and the Resist Racials came up as a static resistance stat, but that was all changed.



I am particularly saddened by the "Missed" becoming different from "Resisted" because I PvP as Sub with my rogue and loved Setup as a free Combo Point or Two against caster classes trying to pop instant cast spells on me while CloS was up back during BC. I can't remember when they revised the system.

Stealth on cloak affects Shadowmeld and brings it on par with 'normal' stealth. I'll make a more detailed post if needed.
