Kochi's amazing project that we didn't get enough people to take part in regularly required level 19 characters though. For the WSG Streak people would just have to show up and unequip gear. Very easy, hope you get some people motivated! Good luck.

Yes, he went to a LOT of trouble creating fair gear selections for every class. This was long before we had easy access to heirloom gear.
