A new computer

So I currently have a alienware 13 has an i5 with a gtx 750m, found a tower I wanted to buy but not sure if its a big upgrade so some help would be appreciated if someone can answer some questions. The tower I was looking at has an amd fx 8120 processor and an amd radeon r9 380 video card. I looked some stuff up but there are so many mixed reviews about stuff and none that really answer my questions. And that being a) is the video card good enough to run wow and most newer games on ultra or high and b) is that processor good enough or would it need to be replaced. Now the whole thing is $400 and it all works, is it worth the upgrade?

I didn't read anything but if your on a budget,
Get a ddr3 motherboard gigabyte it's pretty cheap, i5 processor 3.0+ ghz at least 2x4gb or 2x8 gb ram sticks depending on what u will be doing, a gtx 970, psu corsair 650w.

I'd get a gtx 1060 for sure.
