Should be helpful. You get it from cata fishing pools. You won't receive loot though on anything caught except for the turtle.

^ TLDR for this thread is yes you can get it if you fish in cata zones, and twilight highlands is the best.

Its from fishing in the new Cata zones, It seems they find it in LH (not sure which zone that is).
