couldn't remember either, so i had to check the twink's rep I had in TBC

and it looks like I went for it ThinkingFacemaybe I made it in vanilla, idk?

then I went to https://wow.gamepedia.com/Rutherford_Twing and it says the rep requirement gets removed

Another reason to why TBC is the prime time for twinking

If you're alliance you have to get Baelog's Bow before prepatch since it will become BoP. Right now only hordes can loot it, but they can trade it to ally through neutral AH, but in TBC this won't be possible obviously.

Spellhance will be a thing in tbc. Hopefully it's as fun as I remember it to be.

It's the only item that you have to get before TBC, if you're alliance. There are some items that are easier/smarter to get now, like Naxx shoulder enchants (not as many people will raid Naxx in TBC) and Pullsating Crystaline Shard (get it now since quest line will give more exp in TBC + the required exp to lvl up in TBC will be lowered)
