EU+US a good rogue spec and talent also teach me on it!

Outlaw, choose talent based on play style I would say there all good.

Outlaw is the old SS strike rogue. Now with a ranged slow. Any of the talents work. I like swordmaster.

Assassination is the utility rogue. Reasonably high damage, but no ambush. Has poison damage and a slow. Shadowstep for getting around. Its also very easy to get Jagged Wing Slasher for a solid damage boost. Elaborate Planning or Master Poisoner.

Subtlety has no slow. It does have shadowstep. From behind, the damage is really good. But the chance that someone just lets you wail on them from behind is pretty damn low. You also really feel the loss of that slow. Prob weaponmaster?

any rogues tested the blades for outlaw?

You mean which weapon is best? Sunstrider Axe if you have it and/or can convince a GM to give it to you (not likely).

Otherwise use a 2.8 attack speed heirloom (agi sword/str sword/agi mace) in the mainhand and the highest ilvl weapon you have offhand.

i use brushwood blade and it works wonder's in my opinion

Ever since they removed gear scaling, brushwood blade is no longer good. Attack speed is no longer king, though it is very important. Brushwood blade is actually fairly mediocre now.

See for yourself. Go into a game and look at what the tooltip for ambush says while using brushwood blade. Then equip a 2.8 speed heirloom. You'll be looking at a ~30 damage difference.

WOOH GOT MY TF AXE. But unfortunately, it isn't better than the heirloom.

So here's what I figured out:
  • The TF Axe (34) is only 5 points of damage behind with ambush. So its REALLY damn close (may be worth the swag factor).
  • The WF Dagger (29) is tied for damage with Talon of Vultros. This might be helpful in determining how any scaling might work. Sizable ilvl difference, as well as an attack speed and range difference. I might math at this a bit later.
  • I don't have the WF Axe (29). If someone posts the numbers (while you are outlaw, in BG, and have 99 agi) - I'll add it.
  • It looks like breakpoints are a thing. Increasing agi by 1 increases ambush by 3 damage, however adding ilvls until I hit that point did not increase the damage at all. If it was using decimals and rounding, the damage should have bumped by 1 three times as I increased ilvl - it only made the 3 jump when my displayed agi went up by 1.
  • The Jagged Wing Slasher is nearly 100 damage more than the TF Dagger. Definitely get it MH for going sub/ass.
  • For invasions, use sub/ass loot spec to try for the 34 dagger. It will be the best offhand for all 3 specs and the heirloom sword is better than the TF Axe.

Outlaw: Sunstrider* > Heirloom 2.8 sword/mace > TF Axe > Sinister Scimitar > SF > Jagged Mace (2.8 speed ilvl 24 green) > WSG Sword > Invasion Dagger = Stinging Viper
Sub/Ass: Jagged Wing Slasher > TF Dagger > Talon of Vultros = WF Dagger > Heirloom 1.8 dagger = Invasion Dagger

*Not my numbers, but almost undeniably the best.

what if i have the ilvl 27

The ilvl 27 BG crate weapon is a good offhand. The ONLY thing that beats the 2.8 speed heirlooms for mainhand is the sunstrider axe. Even the ilvl 34 invasion axe isn't better (but it comes close). If you want to know the math behind it (or see a bigger list of how weapons stack up), see the theorycrafting section of the 19 quick start guide in my sig.

Outlaw is better, but for how easy this bracket is nowadays you might as well go assassination, because it's more fun.

If Outlaw take any of the 3 talents, they are all solid choices.

If Assassination take Elaborate Planning or Master Poisoner depending on the game.
