2. Would be it worth it to go lvl 11 for Stendel's Wedding Band - Item - World of Warcraft and full crit set?

Prove first one. AFAIK there hasn't been a pop even in US servers for xp off.

On US ques never pop unless they are pre-set times, they dont happen often but people are trying to set them up.
Dont go 11 just to get stendels because of the bg scaling you're going to have the scaling of a level 14 anyway so it makes more sense to go 14 and get better gear all around

My info based off of other EU players from reading the forums. Think before typing.

Last US XPoff pop was in January or February I think. Was the week Healstrong's PC died.

I don't mean scheduled games. There hasn't been any consistent/daily xp-off bgs. Soz for the misunderstanding.

do not lvl above 10. In lvl 10 u got loads of haste and crit. You will lose it when lvl'ing
