A few questions about level 60 twinking

Hey, a few friends and I may be starting up level 60 twinks soon and I had a few questions:



First of all, if we do this we will be using classic WoW accounts. After browsing the forums here I am under the impression that you are able to install the BC trial on the classic account and obtain gear for that character, and that when you are done with the trial the gear will remain and your character will remain playable in the 60s XP BGs (51-60 AV, 60-69 WSG/AB). Is this true?



Second, are there any classes or specs that do not perform very well for 60 twinking? Are there any that perform exceptionally well? Mostly we are concerned with battlegrounds, not so much with arena/world pvp or duels



Third, is there much to worry about in regards to 3.2.2, considering they are getting rid of level 60 Onyxia? Are there any BiS pieces from there that we should try to get quickly?

60 Twinking

As far as i know there is no BiS for any class in Onyxia



When you do trial yup thats correct you get to keep the trial gear, i also suggest getting proffesions to 375 first aid allows the use of frostweave bandages then, things like skinning offer higher crit etc



In regards to performance of classes as 60 twinks all can perform great when played well however if your looking for something easy to do i suggest a pally

there was a time when frostmages performed pretty good, while playing them was very entertaining.



arms warry is solid and fun, but needs help against pally/DK (like almost everyone^^).



in a PUG you maybe dont need a full healer...balance druid and disc priest can perform as a good dps/offheal combi.



when running in a team there is no need to go pally...if on your own most of the time it grants a pretty sick surviveability.

Don't listen to them, Pallys will just get you looked down upon no matter how skilled you really are

Locks and Mages perform extremely well, Locks most esp as I've seen some redonkulace Chaos Bolt crits. If you want to go healing DPriest with SPriest offspec is also very effective.
