90 mage on bloodscalp[EU] that can teleport me to shrine?

So i bacically trying to come to shrine in pandaria!
but it seems everytime i ask someone they ingore? me or they cant see me writing so its imposible to get anyone to do it for me..
So i was wondering if anyone on here in some case has a 90 mage or knows of some one who has one on Bloodscalp?

Starter accounts can't get to Pandaria. We can only get to areas that are part of battle chest. Mage portal or warlock summon won't help.

As for ignoring messages... Only players up to 10 levels higher than your level can see messages written in /s chat. High levels can see non-custom emotes though, so you can use those to get their attention.

If you're on a f2p account, you don't have access to pandaria since the f2p package doesn't include MoP.
