85 Shadow Priest?

this is an old priest of mine, worth making it shadow or is it poor at 85?

shadow has its strengths but they lack in survivability against the insane burst in this bracket..
gear up for wod? ofc you can play shadow or any other spec.. but its underwhelming

85 shadow is good but the only viable comps you can play is Hpala/Sp or Rogue/Sp.

depends if you want to bg or arena. If arena stack stam and use the brooch stam trinket

This is a bg build, I went full survivablity glyphs and full MoP items instead of the heroic set pieces because of the way shadowform/inner fire glyph scales making you have more armor than a tank( still doesnt stop rogues from doing 150k evis)

enjoy facing 5-6 alliance hunters and rogues each bg ...but they make the games pop

You will have problems 1vs1 against rogues/hunters/mages/warlocks/ferals/any melee

only class you consistently destroy 1vs1 are shamans(And there arent any) but shadow is still good at multidotting if ur being babysitted



Use the insignia ofc, I Was doing PvE and that Alchemy trinket is BiS i just dont have MoP.

I'd say don't bother personally, better to go for the extra damage since you're going to get 2shot with stam stacking either way tbh, the only trinket i'd get is the 410 stam trinket from DShc which gives the shield when dropped below 50% health.

Scales up higher in BGs afaik.
