80s..hows the bracket looking and when does 5.2 drop?

Waiting for 5.2 to drop for pvp gear for my 85 pala, when does it drop exactly? I'm getting different answers.

Also, how's the 80 bracket looking? Thinking about taking my spriest there. And do I need to raid for bis gear? arena and random queue times? Thanks in advance guys

Shadow priests do well. No you dont need to do any raids for BiS gear. Arena ques are on 2 - 10 mins. Bg ques can be up to hours, but they moslty pop around 20min. But if you face a team thats even yours it may only be 5 min ques for some bgs.

Sometime after I posted this, they announced that they were targetting the last week of February (27th) which was 2 weeks away, but then they've pushed that date back by at least 1 week (6th March) when they posted about not downgrading VP.

sounds good. I should be bis boe's and weapon by then and I only need 3 pieces of the cata set. I'm ready to get somewhat active again, but gonna be 100% new to 85
